DESCRIPTION: In this course, students will analyze various areas related to childhood and adolescence from the perspective of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and their constitution as social subjects. Through lectures, case studies, and discussion seminars, among others, they will evaluate public policy elements and critically analyze the systems of comprehensive protection and special protection for children and adolescents. Assessments include a written exam, a group written paper, and class participation.
