Description

Ulda holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She holds a Master's degree in Sociology from the same institution and a Master's degree in Criminal Law from the University of Seville. She is a Ph.D. candidate in Sociology at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She has professional experience as an assistant attorney and advisor at the Public Prosecutor's Office of Chile and over a decade of experience in research, teaching, and public policy in the fields of criminal justice, prisons, and crime prevention. She is currently the coordinator of the Justice area at the UC Justice and Society Center.
