De los diferentes delitos por los que ingresaron, uno de los que m\u00e1s aumentan son los homicidios y el delito de abuso sexual. Adem\u00e1s, durante el a\u00f1o pasado los tribunales aumentaron los tiempos de tramitaci\u00f3n de las causas, incluso cuadruplicando los d\u00edas promedio de tramitaci\u00f3n de un caso\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En los juzgados de garant\u00eda durante 2022 ingresaron 459.165 causas, 88 mil menos que en 2021. Sin embargo, existe un cambio importante respecto de las causas que m\u00e1s se tramitaron, ya que desde 2020 en adelante se revisaron causas de delitos y faltas de tipo sanitarias.<\/p>\n<p>El coordinador del Centro de Justicia y Sociedad, Ulda Figueroa, cree que este tipo de causas generaron un <strong>\u201crecalentamiento del sistema penal\u201d<\/strong>, debido a \u201cla decisi\u00f3n de perseguir penalmente las infracciones sanitarias, y cuya eficacia es bastante discutible, lo que podr\u00eda explicar, junto a otros factores, el incremento de 168 d\u00edas en promedio en la investigaci\u00f3n y juzgamiento de los casos penales\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Figueroa apunt\u00f3 a lo que los abogados consultados m\u00e1s destacan del a\u00f1o pasado en cuanto a lo visto por la justicia, los tiempos de tramitaci\u00f3n de una causa.
