Karime Parodi, PhD Candidate de la Universidad de California en Los Angeles, expuso Karime Parodi, sobre \u00abGendering Justice in the Chilean Courts: Institutional developments and Legal Actors\u2019Perspectives\u00bb<\/p>\n

En este art\u00edculo he ofrecido un examen de las formas en que el concepto de \u00abperspectiva de g\u00e9nero\u00bb est\u00e1 siendo recibido dentro del poder judicial chileno, de qu\u00e9 manera los jueces entienden el concepto, c\u00f3mo lo aplican en su praxis jur\u00eddica, y cu\u00e1les son los obst\u00e1culos que prev\u00e9n para su implementaci\u00f3n. A casi una d\u00e9cada de iniciado el proyecto, en 2014, hay hitos significativos, adherentes y detractores. Son varias las ideas que circulan en el sistema jur\u00eddico chileno sobre lo que podr\u00eda implicar una perspectiva de g\u00e9nero\u00bb.<\/p>\n
